At the initial appointment, we expect you to pay for any fees that are not covered by your insurance company. We’ll be happy to estimate your portion of the cost of treatment so that you can plan accordingly. It is our recommendation that you familiarize yourself with your insurance benefits before visiting our office.

You’ll be provided with a cost estimate of our total fee and your estimated out-of-pocket costs prior to any restorative dental treatment.

Any amount not covered by your insurance company is payable when the services are rendered. Fees may include deductibles, co-payments or certain procedures that are not covered by your insurance policy.
